Helvetus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

7. Cancelling your Shipping

When you want to cancel your order, we will charge you for the shipping fee, as our system automatically generates the shipping label when you place an order. This amount can range anywhere from 8-28 USD.
