I ordered a red and blue strap - they arrived in good time but unfortunately without pins to attach them to the watch. I couldn’t use my old Jaeger LeCoultre fixing because it was slightly different.
When I contacted Helvetus, they immediately sent out pins (and spares which was great and unexpected!) and I’m very pleased with the result.
